In Dakar, Senegal, located in the prominent Corniche district, we successfully delivered a comprehensive façade and joinery project for a 7-story building. A total of 8,000 m² of aluminum ceramic in various sizes and models was manufactured and integrated into the project. Among these, more than 200 finished glazed joinery units were produced and shipped to the site, ready for installation.

The glazing specification included 6mm + 16mm + 6mm tempered insulated glass, providing both safety and high thermal performance. For the aluminum systems, the WDT55 thermally insulated series was selected, offering an excellent balance of energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

On the exterior façade, a modern and elegant look was achieved by combining composite panels, painted surfaces, and natural stone cladding on the ground floor. All joinery, glass, and ceramic elements were produced by us and delivered to the construction site. In addition, we provided supervisor services to ensure proper installation and efficient project progress.

The project also included the production of approximately 200 meters of glass balustrades with a height of 1 meter, using 8’8 laminated tempered glass to ensure maximum durability and safety.

All production was completed within just 1.5 months and successfully delivered on time.
