This project stands as one of our company’s most prestigious residential developments in West Africa. Designed to accommodate both sale and rental housing, the building reflects a perfect balance of functionality, comfort, and modern architectural elegance.

Rising across 11 floors, including a basement and a penthouse, the project has been developed with a strong emphasis on durability and energy efficiency. All exterior and interior design solutions were conceived and executed by our expert team.

To achieve high thermal insulation and long-lasting performance, we implemented WDT55 and ST122 aluminum insulated systems across the entire façade. Every exterior frame is equipped with monoblock shutters, combining security, aesthetics, and convenience in one integrated solution.

The interiors are defined by refined materials, with over 8,000 square meters of premium ceramic tiles applied throughout the residences. In addition, double-glazed insulated glass (4mm + 16mm + 4mm) was selected to ensure energy efficiency, acoustic comfort, and a modern transparent aesthetic.

The project’s layout dedicates the first and second floors to showrooms and offices, while the basement level hosts a fully equipped fitness facility. Above, residential units are crafted to meet contemporary lifestyle needs, offering a blend of elegance, functionality, and comfort for both homeowners and tenants.
