This prestigious private villa project in Vancouver, Canada, highlights our expertise in high-end aluminum joinery and glazing solutions. Our company was responsible for all aluminum frames, glass panels, entrance doors, and garage doors, ensuring a fully integrated, high-performance system throughout the property.

The villa’s design demanded superior thermal, acoustic, and wind insulation. To meet these requirements under Canada’s challenging climate conditions, we implemented WDT75+ and ST122+ aluminum systems. These profiles were further enhanced with chemical foam injected along their full length to maximize insulation.

The glazing system consists of 6mm Low-E + 16mm Argon Gas + 5’5” laminated tempered glass (total 34mm), with special serial insulation foams placed between the glass and frames to ensure airtight and energy-efficient performance. The exterior finish was executed in special-effect RAL 9005 black, providing a sleek and contemporary appearance.

All glass panels and aluminum joinery were carefully packaged in custom crates, ensuring safe delivery and installation. Every detail was meticulously executed to combine luxury, functionality, and durability, reflecting our commitment to excellence in high-end architectural projects.
